We always encourage entrepreneurship. We make use of ideas that are generated within the group and once an idea is considered feasible, as a product, we develop them in parallel to our other projects which creates growth personally, as a group and company.

Our community is highly valued and we don’t separate In-house or consulting. We tell our employees that they are never alone in a project or assignment. We live by that statement and there is always a helping hand nearby if it is needed and tons of expertise from co-workers to learn from.
